Program Content
Phase 1: Share the company’s vision, mission and values through a message from top management.
A networking and kick-off event held at the very beginning of the training program. All participants and the top executives from the Asia-Pacific region take part in this event.
Top management will deliver a message to the attendees. By hearing the message directly, the attendees will come to understand what the company expects of them. Also, attendees will form friendships among themselves, and come to hold an integrated understanding of management’s expectations for them and their colleagues.

Phase 2: Cross Cultural Communication Workshop
In discussions throughout this training workshop, participants will share their various viewpoints, based on their different cultures and values. By appreciating other people’s insights and differing points of view, each person will broaden his or her perspective, and come to understand that there are no “rights” and “wrongs” – frequently, it is only cultural differences that can make things seem confusing and contradictory. By attending this course, participants will realize that many opinions and judgments are difficult to see and appreciate when viewed from only a person’s single perspective.
Phase 3: Fellowship Training
Phase 4: Team Building Activity
Phase 5: Knowing Your Style and the Way to Effective Communication
Attend a workshop which makes attendees realize that people differ not only in their culture but also in their personal communication style.

- Participants recognized that cultural differences and ambiguous communication can result in serious misunderstandings.
