What did you learn from this seminar?

• Half of the skills I learned I already knew, but was not able to DO. I am glad that I now see that. Thanks to the easy style of the instructor, I was able to understand each skills much more than I used to.
• To know the overview of coaching skills.
• To k now that communication is important in all situations. I should first try to communicate with my subordinates without assuming that I already understand them.
