－Tell us how you heard about AMA

My predecessor happened to know one of AMA's consultant. First, we attended an AMA public program. And then, after our staff carefully evaluated the program, we eventually decided to use AMA for an on-site training pilot.

－Describe your experiences working with AMA

Every one of AMA's trainers (so far, we've used four) is fantastic. They all have lots of experiences, have published books, etc.. We feel these are some of the most well-qualified trainers we've ever worked with. They always get high feedback from participants.

Another great point about AMA is that every course can be customized. They do not hesitate in spending their time in changing the program as well as the text. And even after the program starts, the trainers are experienced enough to change the content in flexible and impromptu manner.

－Any additional thoughts about AMA?

AMA's programs are not cheap, and they do not give discount. But I consider AMA to be highly cost-effective and a great value, because our attendants give high feedbacks and also because programs are customizable.
