What did you find most useful in this seminar?

• Though I knew most of the skill, I realized that I wasn't using them well.Because the trainer was VERY good, I realized just how much I under-utilized them.
• Learned that communication is very important in all situations. It made me think that no matter how small the matter is, I should always first communicate with my subordinate rather than assume things.
• Realized many reasons why management is important.
• There were many skills that I could use immediately back at my job.
• Realized that the core of management is communication skills, not necessarily operational skills.
• Coaching, giving feedback, "helping" vs."assisting".
• I've realized my weakness. And developing a concrete plan for how to compensate for that weakness was very useful.
