What did you learn from this seminar?

• I'd like to use this method as soon as possible, as I think this could be used for both large and small projects I'm managing.
• There were many methods and tools that could be applied to my present job.
• Learned that we need plenty of time and money in the preparatory stage.
• Learned that communication is vitally important.
• I used to believe that practice and experience is the most important thing. Now, I've expanded my thinking
  to include that learning from others and from a class is important as well.
