Koichi Togawa, Management Consultant Beginning his career at Showa Shell Sekiyu, Mr. Togawa has held such prominent positions as Manager in the Systems Development Section and Administrative Accounting Sections, as well as the Station Planning Section, over the course of 20 years. At American Express Japan, he served as Chief Controller, and his global view has taken on new scope since joining Motorola Japan where he heads sections responsible for project planning, business planning, human resources development and international human resources management. Mr. Togawa also served as a Director of the Human Resources Division at ABB. His wealth of experience eminently qualifies him to work today as an HR consultant and international management expert, and to share all his valuable experiences in his role as an Executive Coach at AMA. Among many areas of expertise, Mr. Togawa concentrates his professional focus on personnel systems and strategy, human resources development, cross-cultural management, mental health concerns and regulatory and compliance issues. He holds an Executive MBA from Arizona State University Graduate School.
