How soon before the seminar starts can I register?
A:
You can register by fax or by using our website up until two days before your seminar begins.
Discounts
Q:
Does AMA offer a team discount if I register multiple people?
A:
Yes. If you register five or more people for the same seminar session, you can get one free seat for the
same seminar session.
Confirmation
Q:
How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
A:
You will receive a confirmation email/fax within 3days.
You will also receive hard copies of the following documents in the mail about one month prior to the
seminar date:
   
1. Entrance pass
2. Map to the venue
3. Invoice
   
NOTE: You will not receive the above documents for open seminars (ie: free seminars) in the mail.
Cancellation
Q:
What if I register for a seminar, but then can't attend?
A:
If you cannot attend the seminar, you can send someone to take your place. Otherwise, we regret to
have to charge a cancellation fee as follows:
   
Less than 10 (working) days ----------------------- 30%
Less than 2 (working) days and no show ------- 100%
   
NOTE: Some public seminars (ie: AMA's 5-Day MBA, Workshop and Special Event) do have different
cancellation dates. Please confirm the cancellation policy in your confirmaiton email/fax.
Payments
Q:
How do I pay for the seminar?
A:
You will receive a confirmation package with the invoice. Please send your bank transfer for the payment
after you have received the invoice.
NOTE: We cannot accept payment by cash at the seminar.
Q:
When do I have to pay for the seminar?
A:
Please settle the invoice in advance of the seminar.
Seminar Hours and Attire
Q:
What time does my seminar begin and end?
A:
Public seminars begin at 9:00am and end at 5pm. On the first day of the seminar, registration
opens at 8:30am.
NOTE: Open seminars and workshops have different seminar hours. Please check your confirmation
email/fax.
Q:
What should I wear?
A:
Casual business attire is appropriate. However, please note you may be advised by a speaker what
you should wear if you attend the Business Presentation Skills seminar.

Can AMA help me make hotel reservations?
A:
AMA does not arrange hotel accommodations.

Yes, your lunch will be arranged at the venue. Some refreshments (Coffee, Tea and Cookies) are also
provided.

Do you provide parking?
A:
AMA does not provide parking for seminar attendees.
NOTE: Parking on the Tokyo American Club is not available to non-members.

How do I request receiving your seminar information regularly?
A:
You can register for the mailing list on our website. Please click the "NEWSLETTER" button in the main
page of the website and select "Subscribe" and enter your information.
After you have registered, you will receive seminar information once a week.

What if I need to make change to your mailing list, such as changes to my address, job title and/or
company?
A:
You can make changes from "NEWSLETTER" in the main page of our website. Please select "Data Change"
and enter your information.
